When The Client Says "make It Pop"
Client feedback: "Can you make it pop more?" Me: "What do you mean by pop?" Client: "You know, just make it pop!" Me: "Could you be more specific?" Client: "Just add some pop to it!" This conversation went on for 20 minutes. I still don't know what "pop" means. I added some animations and they loved it. Apparently "pop" means "add animations." Good to know for next time.
